Hey, ladies--
Thanks SO much, Corey, for setting this up for us! That was done in record time!
I have a recipe that I wanted to share with the group (and anyone else who cares)...
I love you guys!
kak
Salmon on the grill with dill sauce (super easy; we are huge fish fans around here. Fresh is best, if you can find it without spending a fortune. Even Caleb eats it!).
1lb Salmon (atlantic is best)
tin foil
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
a few sqirts of mayo
1 dash lemon juice
1 tsp dill
preheat grill until hot
spread tin foil out..
dash olive oil on tin foil with dash salt & pepper
rinse salmon under water to remove errant scales, etc.
place on oil/salt and pepper/tin foil, skin side down
Dill/Mayo spread:
Tbsp of mayo
1 dash lemon juice
1 tsp dill
Mix together, spread evenly on salmon
Place salmon on grill. Close grill. Cook until salmon is white, flaky.

Thanks, Kak! I am ashamed to say that I have never ONCE cooked fish (or any seafood for that matter) in nearly 8 years of marriage. As a non-seafood eater, cooking something I don't like is just unappealing. But I really want my kids to eat fish, so... ?? I need to figure something out. Fish sticks, maybe. :)
Wow! A comment! I love this! We didn't really like fish either until we moved to LA. But, here in Dayton, we've gotten lucky--we've found a wholesale fish store that sells to the upscale restaurants around here, and so we buy our fish from them. Fishsticks are good, though--Caleb really likes those! Love thee! Hope thee's doing ok...
Kak, thanks for posting! I've been trying to incorporate fish into our diet but haven't gotten beyond frozen tilapia, which our kids love--by the way.
No offense to anyone, but I think tilapia tastes like dirt. The only fish that I have bought around here that I like is orange roughie. I like the mild, non-dirt flavor. Maybe I'll try this recipe with roughie! Nice post, kak.
Wow! I'm happy to have generated comments from almost everyone! I just want everyone to know that at one point or another today, Caleb has mentioned at least one or two of your children.
And, did I add that title, or was that Corey's doing? :)
